How long does shipping take?

All orders take between 1-2 business days for processing before being dispatched. *NOTE: During new releases, holidays there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Transit times vary based upon the following conditions:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (AUS) or international shipment

I entered in the incorrect address; what do I do?

Please contact us right away; we begin processing orders right away but may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.

Where is my package?

Please check the associated tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.Keep in mind Legends to keep tracking your package with your local carrier (using the same tracking number) once it hits your country. Any inquires on the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through the tracking number.

My package was lost/stolen/damaged; what do I do?

If you feel that your package was lost or stolen or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, please contact us with your reference at

Am I responsible for international duties and taxes?

Yes, you are responsible for any extra duties and taxes your country imposes

Ordering Questions:

Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?

We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel, alter, change or merge your order(s) once submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail.

What if an item I order goes out of stock?

If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that ship.

I can't seem to purchase from my country?

Some countries are unfortunately unable to purchase. We are working hard to fix this as soon as possible so keep checking the website over the coming weeks.


How do I make a return?

  • If you wish to return an item for any reason please follow these steps below:
    • Download the Returns Form below to include in the package of item you are returning
    • Please indicate on the Form if you are requesting a return for a store credit or if you are seeking a refund for a faulty product. 
    • Norris Nuts Merchandise will only cover the cost of shipping on a return where the item is deemed faulty or you were sent the incorrect item by us.
